Materials

Our pieces are made of the highest quality stainless steel, selected for their durability. Each design has a premium finish, and some are also gold-plated. You can find the exact material description for each piece when purchasing.

Usage recommendations

Steel is invincible, but the gold plating is more delicate. Chemicals can wear away the gold plating prematurely.

  • Perfumes and Creams: Apply perfume, hairspray, or body lotions before putting on your jewelry. Wait until your skin is dry to prevent chemicals from reacting with the metal.
  • Household Cleaning: Remove rings or bracelets when using bleach, strong detergents, or disinfectants.
  • Gym: Sweat contains salts that, over time, can dull the shine of the plating. It's best to remove pieces before an intense workout.
  • Pools and Sea: Chlorine from pools and salt from the sea are abrasive to gold plating. If you go in with them on, be sure to rinse them with fresh water immediately afterward.
  • Daily Shower: You can shower with them occasionally, but soap and hard water can leave a film of residue that dulls the shine.

Shipping & Pickups

We offer free nationwide shipping on purchases of $1999 or more.

If your purchase does not meet the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping cost for your delivery address will be calculated when you proceed to checkout.

We also offer the option to pick up your order at a physical retail location, which is exclusively for Chihuahua City, Chihuahua, Mexico. If you wish to see the address, you can find it in the contact section.

Depending on your location, please allow 1 to 8 days to receive your order.

Product warranty

The warranty only applies to defective products within the first 3 days after receiving your purchase.
