2. Prices and Availability
All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability without prior notice. Shipping is free on orders over $1,999 MXN within Mexico.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you:
- Agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout.
- Can use authorized payment methods: Mercado Pago, SPEI transfers, and cash payments.
- An order cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmed payment. Shipping companies take 1 to 5 business days on average, depending on your location.
Note: Shipping is the customer's responsibility. Andaluz Accesorios is not responsible for losses or thefts caused by shipping companies, although we will help you file the necessary reports.
5. Warranties and Claims
All sales are final. Claims for defective products are only accepted within 3 days of receipt.
To do so, send a photo of the problem via WhatsApp to 614 466 5507 or to andaluzaccesorios@hotmail.com. If the warranty is validated, you will receive a discount coupon or replacement with your next order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logo, design, etc.) is the property of Andaluz Accesorios. Its reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Modifications
Andaluz Accesorios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page.
8. Jurisdiction
This site operates in accordance with Mexican laws. Any dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chihuahua, Mexico.
